On 28th September, I set off on a virtual walking challenge from Lands End…
I’ve one year to walk 874 miles to John O Groats, which works out at 2.4 miles a day.
With the ECH needs assesment application and tightening security measures for coronavirus, I’ve been feeling more unsettled than usual.
The one constant I can rely on to keep my resilience topped up is a good walk.
I’m hoping by the end of the challenge, life will be relatively back to normal, and Boy 1 will have the support he needs to thrive.
In the meantime I’m looking forward to connecting with nature and witnessing the changing seasons first hand.
Here are some pictures I’ve taken so far.
How are you feeling? What are you doing to help your resilliance this autumn?
