Summer 2019: Day 5 – Toy Story 4 and onwards to #Lookfest at Hereford near South Wales.
This summer I’ve posted what we’ve been up to each day of the school holidays – you can see a summary of our adventures at our 2019: 42 Days of Summer page.
The temperature in our Premier Inn had dropped to 28.5 this morning. The boys were given ice pops at breakfast, and a colourful bag each with a toy and lollypop which made their day.
We cooled off at a nearby cinema watching Toy Story which the boys gave 10/10, and then played giant snakes and ladders in the foyer.
We stocked up in supplies at a nearby Aldi before driving two hours to Lookfest, a festival for the visually impaired where we’re excited to be staying three nights.
We’re in a glamping tent and the toilets and showers are good. We’ve been made to feel welcome and safe, with volunteers carrying our bags to the car and keeping the boys entertained playing football, including on the dancefloor! There are no sockets so I’ll be offline for a few days… Zzzzzzz
