Summer 2019: Day 28 – Let Loose Yorkshire at Beverley
This summer I’ve posted what we’ve been up to each day of the school holidays – you can see a summary of our adventures at our 2019: 42 Days of Summer page.
Today we spent the day at Let Loose Yorkshire.
There are various activities on offer including high ropes, low ropes, a climbing wall, a large zip wire, and archery. We chose the big leap and super slide combo which cost £10 per child, and got 10% off with Kids Pass. Adults are usually £5 but for some reason we weren’t charged – bonus .
Included in the price is an outdoor play park with activities such as volleyball, football, badminton, and a water area. There’s also a big indoor dome with three inflatables and further play space.
The venue was smaller than expected but I liked the cafe decoration and branding. The staff were enthusiastic, with two dressed as Moose, encouraging the children to chase after them. We enjoyed the day.

This evening we tried The Green Dragon for tea. Another great value pub – £41 for five of us. I loved my salad with pommegranate seeds and mac n cheese on the side, and Dad enjoyed his notorious pig burger.
In the evening we tried a little Pictionary in the living room before a final evening relaxing with our friends.
Have you been to a Let Loose, or other good activity centre?
