Hello, I hope you are enjoying the summer…
I can’t believe we’re two weeks into the school holidays.
In the first week the boys and I visited Hull and Lookfest (a festival for the visually impaired in Hertfordshire near South Wales). This second week we’ve taken day trips, plus had down time to recharge batteries.
In week one, I couldn’t get Boy 1’s tablet to work, so I let him use my laptop (which I’d planned to write blog posts with). Keen to write whilst things were fresh, I used my mobile to post to Facebook instead.
As it was easier/quicker, I continued into the second week, and I’ve decided I’ll give a daily update via Facebook for the full six weeks. This is where I need your help.
Please can you visit TheHillsAreAliveAdventures Facebook Page, and give me a like?
What I enjoy most since starting blogging seven months ago, is the connection with you and others along the way (I probably get more excited than I should when you leave a comment or a like) 🙂
If possible, I’d like to reach 50 likes by the end of summer, and I’d be happy to return a favour – if yes, please comment below, or contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Here are some pictures of our adventures so far;
Having recently attended a free one to one at Google Digital Garage in Sunderland City Centre, I’ve set up Twitter and Instagram accounts. I’m new to these social media platforms, so it may take time to get up and running. If you’ve any tips, they’ll be much appreciated. Google Digital Garage will be in Sunderland for the next four months and a list of their courses and services is available here. I highly recommend.
How is your summer? What have you been up to?
